In the framework of the GREAT SUN Project, funded by the IPA Cross-Border Program Greece – Albania, in which the Municipality of Vlora is a partner, RCDC participated in this activity open to the public, as an external expertise with the theme: “Energy efficiency and use of renewable resources in buildings ”.

Representatives of institutions, organizations and interested stakeholders participated in this activity, which were informed about the aims and results of the project, and closely visited the interventions carried out in the “Laberia” Palace of Culture, in Vlora.
